Hello! I am Olivia, a freelance marketer helping arts organisations and small creative businesses. I care about making art and heritage as accessible to the widest audience as possible.
With over 16 years of marketing experience in the arts, heritage and culture sector, I provide a range of services including strategy, website design, digital marketing and campaign planning to help you promote your business and achieve your goals.

I am passionate about the arts and heritage sectors, and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by organisations in this field. I have a proven track record of increasing footfall, expanding audiences and generating income for cultural organisations, both large and small.
With expert guidance, I can help you navigate the ever-changing landscape of arts marketing and stand out from the competition.
I am based on the beautiful North Norfolk coast, and can offer support in person or remotely.
My most recent job has been Head of Marketing at Watts Gallery in Surrey, and I have also worked for a number of other cultural organisations as the marketing lead, including: Waddesdon (National Trust), Dulwich Picture Gallery and The Burlington Magazine. I am a member of the Arts Marketing Association and until recently, was also on the Board of Directors for Visit Surrey.
